How do I divert my phone to you?

Diverting your calls to Team source is a simple task. All you need to decide is whether you want to divert all calls, calls if your line is engaged, calls after a certain number of rings, or a combination of the latter two options. We can provide divert guidelines for customers using a BT service, otherwise please contact your phone provider who will be able to help.

How do I receive my messages?

All your messages will be sent to you in real-time, so as soon as your caller hangs up, you know they tried to get in touch. You will receive your message via SMS and email, so you can stay up to date wherever you are!

How does team Source know who the call is for?

You are given a divert number that is unique to you. Any calls received on that line will make your company details pop up on our screen allowing us to deal with your call as if we were in your office. Simple!

VIRTUAL PA

Can I access your other services through one plan i.e content writing, social media or website management?

Yes absolutely, that’s where the magic of Team Source really starts to show. All through your one, simple Team Source plan and at the same hourly rate, access our designers, webmasters, content writers, bookkeepers, social media gurus, video editors and digital marketing experts. Use your virtual PA to manage your virtual team or talk directly to whatever expert you need at that particular time. It’s simple, quick and very cost effective.

How does the billing work?

Step 1: You confirm that you would like us to find the right pa
Step 2: We will charge you’re debit/credit card the £99 selection and set up fee.
Step 3: Once we have presented you with a Virtual PA that meets your requirements and you confirm that you want to proceed we will charge you for your monthly plan, you will be billed monthly at the same price. Any additional hours used will be charged pro rata on your next bill.

If you’re unhappy with the service, you cancel your plan anytime in the first 30 days, you will receive a full refund for any time that has not been used.

How do I communicate with my personal assistant?

We find Skype to be one of the most cost-effective and easiest applications to use for video conferencing and phone calls, but you can email, phone, text – it’s up to you! Your assistant will have their own personal TeamSource email and phone number. We can also work on other communication methods if you prefer.

Can my personal assistant handle my calendar/inbox?

Absolutely. Your personal assistant can arrange meetings and manage your Google Calendar with ease. Simply share and grant your assistant access to manage your calendar. It’s that simple!

Will my assistant be working on the weekend?

Our team work standard business hours (Monday to Friday). You can submit your tasks anytime, day or night, weekday or weekend and your personal assistant will receive the task(s) the following business day to begin working on them.
